Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gorur Ghash, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories, undergarments, or personalized items (if applicable)


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gorur Ghash is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Exchanges

  • For exchange please contact us within 14 days of delivery 

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.


Pop-Up & In-Person Purchases

  • All in-person and pop-up purchases are final sale unless the item is defective.

  • Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
